Job Description
Ariyabod ISP Company is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Officer who could provide assistance for the sales team, to work in the field on a day-to-day basis and conduct door-to-door marketing to attract and increase new business customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
- Achieve door-to-door marketing/sales
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
- Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products
- Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections
- Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
Job Requirement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- 2 years of experience in sales & marketing in an ISP company
Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet are an advantage
Language:
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in Pashto, Dari and English are required.

- Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet targets in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate Sales Executive
- Ability to give presentations and understand business objectives
