Job Description
Specific Responsibilities:
- Participate in the drafting of annual work plans, budgets, disbursement, recruitment, and procurement.
- Follow up with the Provincial officer to collect project success stories and compile it.
- Provides support for the development of guidelines, protocols, and documentation of activities
- Collect weekly data from the field and share it with Project Manager
- Collect monthly activity plans and reports, compile and send them to the project manager
- Support provincial staff and manage all aspects of the project
- Ensure all project documentation and reports are produced on time.
- Work with the project team, to review the progress reports,
analyze the data and timely feedback to the provincial staff - Develop and implement Project’s work plans on an annual/six monthly/quarterly basis.
- Carry out regular field visits to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
Compile project beneficiary case studies when required.
· Support PM in new project proposal writings, when required.
· Any other task assigned by the PM
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- University degree in management, administration, International Relations, Sharia Laws, or any other related field, preferred to the Master’s.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project administration
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the child protection project
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with a wide range of people and staff
- Hard working and able to deliver on conflicting demands within a tight deadline.
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good computer skills including word, excel, email/internet, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and writing skills in Pashto, Dari, Uzbek, and English language.
- Able to provide project progress reports on/before its due time and upon any further request by the immediate supervisor
- Able to travel to the district
