Job Description

1.Overall responsibilities for ensuring project facilitation in the respective districts.

2.Ensuring qualitative survey and conduct needs assessment as required and community profiling as defined in the respective districts.

4. Organize the Field Facilitator to assign them to tasks and specific monthly and yearly plan in the respective districts.

6. Prepare reports for the line department of BRAC and district governorate.

7. Participate in the weekly and monthly coordination meeting with the stakeholders involved with project.

8. Supervise the staffs, monitoring the project implementation and ensure the implementation of the project as defined in work plan.

Conduct meeting with  staffs and follow up field activities and provide regular feedback to maintain the quality.

9. Provide data to the other stakeholders as per their needs.

Provide support to their support departments and function as required

10. Provide performance management support to the staff

11. Coordinate with community leaders, community shuras, religious leaders, etc. on project deliverables 

12. Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

13. Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

14. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years in relevant fields.

• Knowledge and skills in implementation of the project.

• Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.

• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Pashtu/ Dari

• Has good team management skill
