Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Monitoring and evaluation
- Prepare needs-assessment questionnaire under koboxls and supervise the enumerators teams during data collection
- Participate in training field teams on FCRM activities and information plan.
- Follow-up on creation and update of monitoring plans
- Contribute to the revision of monitoring and evaluation tools and train the program team on proper use of it
- Conduct field visit to monitor the progress of the activities and produce Monitoring and Evaluation report.
- Listen to the populations and local participants in the field and report to his/her manager any non-technical or safety-related issues which could affect the activities or safety of Solidarités International teams
- Ensure protection is mainstreamed across the project and that staff are trained on protection.
Data management
- Participate into data cleaning, data analysis.
- Centralize and organize all data collected by the MEAL team to provide project related figures and monitoring follow up.
- Provide methodological support to the programme teams to ensure timely and high quality data entry and processing.
- Provide project related figures and monitoring follow-up as requested by coordination.
- Participates in the development of recommendations based on teams and field experience, and follow-up the recommendations.
Reporting and institutional Knowledge Building
- Support the coordination and program team in the preparation of visual supports needed for presentation materials.
- Reports on his/her activities and participates to MEAL, IKB and program reporting.
- Take part in the drafting of the monthly program pack
- Ensure that tools and files are properly archived and secured
- Participate into learning workshops
Job Requirement
- Bachelor in sociology, law, political science or any other technical subject
- Having at least 1 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation related activities
- Knowledge in monitoring tools and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills and autonomy
- Proficiency in MS office
- Experience in KOBO
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Pashto, Dari and English
- Able to adjust her/his self with different environment
- Ability to work under pressure
