Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The primary role of this position is to Enter the data of targeted areas in to database the project is implementing in Ghor province (Dolaina, Tolak, Saghar, Pasaband, taywara and Charsada districts. Data Entries will be recruited for 18 working days.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Enter the data which is collected from beneficiaries provided by WV in the targeted villages
- Ensure that all required data is properly recorded in Computer, properly reviewed and submitted to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all the questionnaire responses are accurately captured; the data should be double checked, to ensure that the accurate data is recorded
- The Data won’t be accepted if there are not filled properly and data Entry need to redo the Entries if supervisor deems that the information is not reliable and correct.
Job Requirement
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be high school graduated.
- Previous experience with WVA MEAL unit in data collection by Mobile
- Good facilitation skills and experienced in leading discussions with a group of people
- Good interview skills for the quantitative methods such as Household interviews
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Dari and preferred If can speak in Pashtu language
experience:
- It is preferred if anyone has working experience in data collection
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
For hiring manager to specify if the position work location is in Isolated areas where access control is not fully under the local government.
Language proficiency:
- Dari and Pashtoo
Professional certifications:
- should be familiar with data collection
security trainings
- will receive light 360 training
Personal skills:
Should be familiar with culture and respect culture of people.
