About HRDA: Human Resource Development Agency (HRDA) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, non-religious and non-for-profit development oriented Afghan organization. This organization has been founded in 2002, mainly dedicated to the relief as well as to bring productive and sustainable socio-economic changes in the Afghan Society at gross-root level through community participation, human resources development focusing on human rights, empowerment and mainstreaming of poor, vulnerable and most marginalized segment of the Afghan society.
Job Description
- Undertake the planned activities implementation in Kandahar province.
- Well manage, lead and coach the staff in Kandahar province.
- Develop and implement all project relevant activities.
- Make sure that the community level stakeholders actively participate in the process of project implementation.
- Coordinate the interventions with stakeholders and line departments at Kandahar level.
- Reporting on project progress to Project Manager.
- Maintains financial records, monitors and reconciles expenditures, balances, payments, statements, other data for day-to-day transactions and reports.
- Facilitate all monitoring and evaluation missions.
- Manage the office administration which includes filing system, up to date reports, photo gallery, success stories etc.
- Conducting any other activity assigned to, by the line managers.
Data sharing
- As a humanitarian agency, HRDA strictly adheres to humanitarian Data Sharing Protocol (DSP) applied in Afghanistan. The sharing of data of any type of anyone associated to HRDA (Beneficiary detail, survey, assessment, reports, internal matters, confidential documents, etc. is prohibited and will require senior management approval to make sure the sharing is in line with Do NO HARM principles, DSP and HRDA data sharing policy
Media participation
- No HRDA staff can participate in any media talks, interviews, debates, information sharing in social media or in any other media. No staff can represent any HRDA activities at any media platforms without HRDA management permission.
Job Requirement
University level Degree.
Skills:
Know local language Pashto and Dari
Having good coordination/liaison skills
Training and conducting meeting skills
Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English language.
Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications.
