Production Officer Job Responsibilities

            The Production Officer would be directly supervising all rope-closing activities

            To ensure any jobs done in each day are properly and correctly reported on the report form.

            Projection office will be responsible to do the data entry of the daily production reports in QuickBooks, which should including the all product direct and indirect row materials and output with quantities on daily basis.

            Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

            Monitor and drive production to achieve deadlines and continuously improve, resolving issues that arise.

            Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production

            Make necessary adjustments are done to ensure proper data is recorded

            Shall be able to perform the internal audits of the company financial documents

            Staying informed of and understanding all aspects of production and management, including new regulations, organizational policies, and possible new technologies and practices

            Conducting regular meetings to build relationships and resolve any outstanding issues

            Shall carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

·           Proven experience in production management ideally from within the Steel industry.

·           Experience in reporting on key production metrics

·           Outstanding communication ability

·           Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

·           Experience in internal financial audits 

·           Willingness to be flexible in order to meet the business needs

·           Attention to detail

·           Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

·           Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks, and a working knowledge of Manufacturing system
