Job Description

Monitor, check and analyze the project team, offering professional support as required.

  • Monitor and supervise the project activities according to the project objective, goal, outcome, and output and provide feedback on the progress of the project activities to the line manager.
  • Train the staff and provide follow-up for continuous of the project outcome.
  • Follow- up of specifics issues related Education Projects
  • Support the Protection Education team on the conducting of the training to main and provincial staffs.
  • Coordination of project with all involved stakeholders at national and Provincial level.
  • Representing the OCCD organization with government authority facilities and other services, UN agencies in consultation with line manager and Donors.
  • Support the M&E Team on the collection of Qualitative and quantitative data to ensure data analysis of the project
  • Providing the progress reporting of the project activities base on the need of the stakeholder and as required by line manager.
  • Identify and report immediately about problems, and programme goals
  • Serves as a positive role model for the organization.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and end of projects report.
  • Other duties that may be required.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience
  • Experience of managing and supervising of District and Provincial worker
  • Knowledge of planning/organizing/communication skills, problem analysis/solving presentation skills/facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel to related Provinces and districts when it is required.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken) of Pashto, Dari & English.
