Job Description
- Organize transportation activities, including Storage of goods, managing information accrued from Point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways.
- Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
- Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
- Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
- Processing of exemption documents at Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Finance, and Afghanistan Customs Department.
- Processing of customs documentation at border customs.
- Assisting for Advance clearance of amounts paid for customs clearance.
- Preparation of invoices, packing list, and airway bill for goods exported from Afghanistan.
- Courier of gas and other materials samples for testing abroad.
- Coordinate and track the movement of goods through logistic pathways.

Job Requirement
1. Three years’ experience in logistics & customs field
2. English language speaking and writing ability
3. Computer skills (office suit)
4. Organizational skills
