Job Description
- Be familiar with the Kobo survey system.
- Be familiar with the monitoring system.
- Have the ability to resolve field disputes.
- be one of the active member of shelter advisory committee.
- Monitor facility to maintain safety of clients and shelter space.
- Support clients in following all shelter procedures.
- Communicate observations and interactions with clients to Shelter case manager and shelter management through documentation in the Homeless Management Information System.
- Complete all duties as assigned. Other duties as required.
- Ensure completion/submission of all required reports as scheduled.
- Ability to write weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Job Requirement
Language Skills: Fluent in English, Dari and Pashto
Computer Skills: Proven working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel, e-mail
Technical Skills: At least 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
Team work: Ability to work in a team, often under stressful conditions, with both International and national staff.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Having excellent verbal translation skills Dari and Pashto, Strong negotiation skills.
Education: University degree in Management/ Economics
Personal Skills:
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Ability to work efficiently in situations where tasks and circumstances change and to be flexible and adaptable both in terms working hours and environment.
Cultural Skills: Ability to work with persons from differing countries and cultural backgrounds.
Personal Attributes: Politeness, Pleasant and Friendly disposition, Attention to detail, Initiative, Punctuality, Honesty, Diligence.
