About Marie Stopes International Afghanistan: Marie Stopes International Afghanistan commenced its programme after registration with the government of Afghanistan in August 2002. MSIA follows the global mission statement children by choice not by chance. Our focus is to reduce maternal mortality by providing quality and sustainable MCH/RH services and information in 14 Provinces in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health, Afghanistan. Job Description
Administration tasks:
Commitment to Marie Stopes Mission, Vision and objective
Implementation and follow up of Admin, Procurement and financial guidelines of MSIA.
Establishment and maintaining of all the financial and admin data.
Monitoring of attendance records of all the clinic staff and submitting to Head office in timely manner.
Filling of all contracts which dealers in order to audit if dealer and MSIA meets the term and condition of the contract.
Follow up staff air and ground missions management and logistics activities,
Maintenance of Inventory list.
Housekeeping of the guest houses.
Attending monthly meeting or any other required meeting inside or outside the organization
Financial Tasks:
Verifying and finalizing all the clinic income reports for the clinic income and Handling All the Banking activities in the Kabul
Ensure all the financial procedures are followed and adhered with MSIA policy.
Arranging to settle creditors.
Review of cash count sheets prepared by cashier on daily basis.
Assist and provide required information to cashier for withdrawing cash for activities.
Spot check of stock records of pharmacist to insure physical stock is matching with stock card.
Pharmacy Tasks:
Supervision of income to cost of pharmacies and lab sections
Analysis monthly reports of pharmacy and lab
Cooperate to send monthly pharmacies reports from province to HO pharmacy
Responsible to provide reports of near expire medicine to HO with cooperation of clinical pharmacists.
Responsible to assist Medical Procurement officer to review pharmacies medicine requests for 6 months.
Controlling of stock on sub office level for CSM.
On time supplying of products in market.
Managing Sales Promotion.
Maintaining detailed and accurate sales records and compiling monthly reports; includes:
- Collect daily report of sales from sellers
- Submit monthly narrative and statistic report to CSM officer
- Record keeping of all soft and hard reports
- Be accountable for report at any time required.
- Submission of cash along with report to CSM Officer on monthly basis
Daily, monthly report by phone and mail.
Job Requirement
DBA / Bachelor degree in Business Administration is preferred
Relevant experiences of 1-2 Years
NGO experience- Desirable
Multi-currency reporting – Desirable
Experience of using MS Office packages like Ms. Word, Excel, Power point
