Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and various external stakeholders, including government agencies, business partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, requests, or concerns.
- Coordinate and represent the company in meetings, discussions, and events with external stakeholders.
- Monitor relevant regulatory changes to ensure compliance with local, state, and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies to resolve any issues or concerns regarding compliance.
- Ensure the flow of clear and accurate information between internal teams and external parties.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and updates to management on liaison activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate company participation in external events such as conferences, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Address and resolve conflicts or misunderstandings between the company and external stakeholders promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that all external communication reflects the company's values and professional standards.
- Support the development and execution of the company's external engagement strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving stakeholder relationships and enhancing the company's external reputation.
- Oversee projects related to external partnerships, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor progress and performance of projects to ensure the satisfaction of external stakeholders.
- Track and analyze the success of liaison efforts, providing regular reports on key metrics and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies for engaging with local communities, media, and industry organizations to promote the company’s brand and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between external communications and the company's goals, objectives, and messaging.
- Organize and lead negotiations, agreements, and partnerships with key stakeholders to support business growth and development.
- Maintain an updated database of external contacts, regulatory requirements, and communication records.
- Ensure the company is properly represented in public forums, including government meetings, industry panels, and community events.
- Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new external stakeholders and partners, ensuring all relevant information is exchanged and expectations are aligned.
- Prepare external-facing content, such as press releases, speeches, and newsletters, in collaboration with the public relations team.
- Act as a point of escalation for any concerns or issues from external stakeholders, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Monitor industry trends and changes to ensure the company remains informed about external challenges or opportunities that could impact business operations.
Job Requirement
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum Three years of experience in a liaison, public relations, or stakeholder management role, preferably within Private sector
Proven experience in managing relationships with government agencies, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance procedures relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
