Job Description:
Identifying the business opportunity for Mobile Money in the market and plan to achieve them for the company growth.
Report the efficiency of existing product and other commercial services through frequent interaction in the market.
Maintaining and developing of relationships with company’s internal and external stakeholder.
Increasing of public knowledge for existing products through professional communication and satisfying justifications.
Collecting and monitoring of competitor market information about their pricing strategy and new product developments.
Collecting market recommendations and challenges with considering as an opportunity for the company growth.
Resolving customer complaints by identifying the problem, recommending the solution, and preparing the report for operation department.
Identifying of potentials and making the aggressive effort for converting them to M-Paisa merchants.
finding of proficient way on expanding high quality network of M-Paisa agent within the mass market.
Door to door visit of individual customers in the market and encourage them to be potential users for M-Paisa.
Finding of the RFQs and RFPs opportunities in relate to business growth and share with department for further implantations.
Work closely with the Operations team to make sure that Issues are taken care of and do not create risk on the commercial end.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of work progress to line manager.
Job Requirement
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields
EXPERINCES
Minimum of 3 years of experience with telecommunication or financial service industry
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
Able to communicate effectively in Dari/Pashto written and verbal
Convenient communication skill of English language
Ability to work under pressures
Accepting of challenges at any condition as an opportunity
Account management and customer relationship proficient skill
IT KNOWLEDGE
Required knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Able to use printers, scanners, …
Proper understanding of internet, social networks, and email communication
