Job Description
The Administrative/Finance Officer establishes and maintains efficient administrative systems and control mechanisms to support the smooth running of the operations and ensure compliance with administrative, human resources and financial rules and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day human resource, financial and administrative functions of the project personnel. Ensure compliance with financial internal controls, and ensure that transactions are processed and assets managed in accordance with SADA Financial Rules and Regulations
Assist the finance manager in the monthly/annual accounts closure, including bank reconciliations and submission of timely and accurate reports to headquarters.
Develop and monitor field office budgets.
Oversee recruitment and appointments of staff based in Kabul and Zabul, and administer field staff entitlements and claims.
Provide training and advice on human resource, financial & administrative issues.
Support the office on audit, financial risk management and fraud prevention issues.
Job Requirement
Education:
Graduate /Post Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Public or Business Administration, or related field OR degree in another field combined with a professional qualification in accounting or finance
Work Experience:
3 years of Accounting & Finance experience related to education projects

SADA seeks a responsible and dependable Provincial Coordinator with strong initiative, judgment and adaptability as well as excellent skills in communication, organizational, interpersonal relations, decision-making and reporting skills.
Specifically the holdred of this position should also demonstrate the following;
Proficiency in computer software MS Office etc.
Reporting writing skills
Having work experience with education projects

Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English (written and oral).
