Job Description
SADA is looking for a Data Entry Officer to be based in Kandahar to update and maintain information on our project databases and computer systems.
General Responsibilities
Data entry officer responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable project information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with Excel spread sheets and other online/offline forms. You will work with social workers, district coordinators and provincial coordinator lead. She/he will be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and use able information in our systems.
Insert student, teacher and class level data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Coordinate with field team and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Apply data program techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations to prevent data loss
Scan documents and print files, when needed
Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Job Requirement
Education:
Bachelor Degree is preferable Work
Experience:
1 years of work experience related to education projects

SADA seeks a responsible and dependable Provincial Coordinator with strong initiative, judgment and adaptability as well as excellent skills in communication, organizational, interpersonal relations, decision-making and reporting skills.
Specifically the holdred of this position should also demonstrate the following;
Proficiency in computer software MS Office etc.
Reporting writing skills

Fluent in Dari, Pashto and English (written and oral).
