Job Description
- The incumbent is responsible to Draft, write all official correspondence of the company.
- Drafting, writing and responding of official Correspondence to administrative inquires.
- Writing of official administrative offer letters.
- Responsible to make standardize all official correspondence letters of the company.
- Responsible to develop writing skill in official administrative correspondence letter, official administrative inquires and offer letters of the company.
- Responsible to use clear words in administrative letter and must follow grammatical rules in it.
- Responsible to observe the principle of speed and delay prohibition to all administrative correspondence letter, officer letter and inquiry letters of the company.
- Responsible to keep and maintain both soft and hard copy of all correspondence letter of the company.
- Responsible to translate all correspondence letter of the company from English into local language and VS.
- Responsible to register all incoming and outgoing official letters of the company in registration book.
- To be committed to a high level of confidentiality in the company. The employee agrees to keep all company’s information confidential and protect all employee, customer and contractors of the company’s information and not share it with any other individual, company during employment period and from termination or resignation time.
- To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by head of department.
- The incumbent is responsible for draft of guideline related to communications, archive of the letters and smoothly process.
- The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of the policy guideline of the company.
- The incumbent is responsible to tally the internal reporting of the letter’s communications with the main register book available with HO reception.
- The incumbent is responsible for the letters commuting by the Branches and the monitoring of the letters.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
1: Bachelors in Dari/Pashto Literature or Law and Master’s degree will be preferred.
2: 3+ years’ experience as an Admin Clerk.
4: Relevant professional certifications or training desirable.
5: Writing, speaking and translation of Pashto/Dari language fluently.
Skills:

- Translation Skills (Pashto and Dari).
- Good Dari/Pashto/English languages Writing, Reading, Listening skills.
