Job Description
The communication & advocacy officer is responsible for write and develops the training materials with the support of master training and distribution of training materials for beneficiaries and also a liaison between the organization, government stakeholders, beneficiary selections, proper training plan, and for accurate conduction of the training, coordination with advocacy members, participate in advocacy meeting, and taking pictures, and closely work with M&E for quality assurance and to ensure that the project activities are a brand based on the standards guidance.
Job Requirement
- Responsible for work on the training materials on a range of advocacy and outreach issues, methods, and approaches; anticipates and resolves communications/ public relations issues/problems.
- Responsible to assist the master trainer to deliver skills development training based on adult learning principles and advocacy methodologies.
- Ensure that the vulnerable people voice heard during the conduction of advocacy meetings and ensure that the advocacy members voice up about the people's rights, such as accessing services, and ensure that people are involved in their own care and support planning.
- identify particular skillful members among trainees to have the abilities to participate in the advocacy meeting.
- Responsible to develop a training plans, budget planning, event date,, and coordination with trainees.
- Responsible for overall administrative tasks related to project
- Responsible to closely work with Master Trainer to meet the requirement of the project accordingly.
- Responsible to ensure himself about submitting a report on time and overall training supporting documents are accurate and report accordingly.
- Any other duties or tasks assigned.
