We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Communication Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and local communities.
- Facilitate community engagement activities and awareness campaigns.
- Address and resolve community concerns related to the project.
- Conduct regular training to ensure project inclusivity and transparency.
- Support field teams in integrating community feedback into project implementation.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or high school graduate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in community-based projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on working with diverse groups.
- Experience in community mobilization and conflict resolution.
