About Company
About Kulba-e-Ma: We are seeking socially motivated, caring, open minded and well-educated Afghans who are able to contribute to a civil society project. The project is working from a container and is reaching out to people in surrounding communities and districts. The applicant should be able to work together closely in a small team and should have excellent communication skills. Preferred are applicants who have already a significant experience in social work and with civil society who are committed to contribute to a peaceful society through social and community work.
Job Description
Excellent communications skills;
A sound understanding of Afghan social system, culture and values;
Creativity and a positive frame of mind;
A wish to contribute something to their area of origin;
Flexibility and experience of working effectively in a team;
Relevant language skills Dari, Pashto, English (excellently)
Ability to work with computers (for documentation)
Excellent communications skills;
Willingness to create new ideas
Education background:
Graduated from social sciences; sociology, psychology, history, journalism, literature or related
Job Requirement
Prerequisites for applicants include:
Being a resident of the designated provinces – see above (Mandatory);
Willingness to attend trainings and meetings in Kabul
A commitment to work with the project until the cleared date if they are offered extending contract after assessment of their performance;
Ability to travel in rural parts of the designated provinces;
Ability to travel to other provinces for the trainings if the head office considers.
