About MSI Reproductive Choices Afghanistan (MSIA): About MSI Reproductive Choices Afghanistan (MSIA): MSI Reproductive Choices Afghanistan (MSIA) is a branch of MSI, a global, non-profit, and non-governmental organization headquartered in London, UK, and was established in August 2002 after registration with the Government of Afghanistan. MSIA follows the local mission statement of MSI: Improve Afghan women’s health and well-being so that they can, in turn, build strong, healthy families. Our vision is to be the organization that Afghan women seek out for high-quality, client-centered health care provided by women, for women. We focus on reducing maternal mortality by providing quality and sustainable maternal-child health (MCH) and reproductive health (RH) services and information in 17 provinces of Afghanistan, namely Kabul, Balkh, Herat, Jawzjan Faryab, Nangarhar, Helmand, Kandahar, Baghlan, Kunduz, Badakhshan, Takhar, Samangan, Kapisa, Khost, Paktia, and Daikundi, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) of Afghanistan. MSIA strives to enhance women's health outcomes in the aforementioned provinces by delivering vital reproductive and maternal-child health services through multiple channels such as centers, outreaches, the private sector, and MS Ladies (Family Health Houses).
Job Description
- Commitment to Marie Stopes's Mission, Vision, and objective
- Implementation and follow-up of Admin, Procurement, and financial guidelines of MSIA.
- Processing of all Vouchers/Claim forms for purchasing all needs for clinics according to procurement roles.
- Maintenance of all MSIA files related to Finance and administration. And other summary reports relating to province activities.
- Monitoring of attendance records of all the clinic staff and submitting them to the Head office in a timely manner.
- New positions announcement and collecting CVs physically, for maintaining written tests/interviews with the HR department to follow up all the recruitment process and submit the new clinic staff recruitment package to HO.
- Follow up staff air and ground mission management and logistics process.
- Maintenance of Inventory list and housekeeping of the guest houses.
- Attending a monthly meeting or any other required meeting inside or outside the Organization in coordination with PC.
- Verifying and finalizing all the clinic income reports for the clinic income and submitting them to HOFF in a timely manner.
- Maintaining monthly pharmacy and Laboratory reports to HO and medical supplies to Clinics.
- Updating administrative filling system and ensuring to be confidential all employee information and documents.
- Induction of all the rules and regulations to new staff.
- Ensure all the financial procedures are followed and adhered to MSIA policy.
- Immediate Report about the progress of Admin Finance activities and result to the line manager.
- Perform any other required-related tasks assigned from the PC and support the PC.
- Distribution of salaries (if required)
- Control and maintenance of transportation facilities at the provincial or field level
- Management of MSIA’s guesthouse in provinces
- Proper management of our office in provinces to ensure all administration and logistical facilities are available and updated.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration or related Fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience with national or international organizations.
- NGO experience- Desirable
- Experience in using MS Office packages like Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
