Job Description:

Dynamic Vision is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to bolster our team across multiple disciplines. We are compiling a database of national experts for potential opportunities that may be short-term, medium-term, long-term, part-time, or full-time.

Positions Available:

Management:

  1. Program Manager: Lead program execution, monitor progress, and address any issues to ensure successful outcomes. Coordinate program activities, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and manage program budgets.
  2. Project Manager: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):

  1. M&E Manager: Oversee M&E activities, analyze data, and generate reports to inform project decisions. Design and implement M&E strategies, provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with M&E standards.
  2. M&E Officer: Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, collect data, and assist in preparing M&E reports.
  3. Field Monitors: Observes and collects data on project activities, ensuring compliance with guidelines, assessing progress, and reporting findings.
  4. Social Safeguard Specialist: Ensure social safeguards are integrated into project planning and implementation, and address any social impacts.
  5. Engineering:

    1. Electrical Engineer: Design, install, and maintain electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
    2. Construction Engineer: Oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and manage construction teams.
    3. Mechanical Engineer: Design and oversee the installation of mechanical systems, and other machinery.
    4. Environmental Engineer: Manage environmental impact assessments, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
    5. Surveyor: Conduct land and construction surveys, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
    1. GIS Specialist: Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial data analysis, mapping, and project planning.

    Business Development:

    1. Business Development Assistant: Supports growth initiatives by researching market trends, identifying opportunities, coordinating meetings, and assisting with proposals and client communications.

Job Requirement

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant fields mentioned above.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Strong computer and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
