About RRSWO: About RRSWO: RRSWO (Rah-e-Rahnaward Social Welfare Organization), is a Non-Governmental and Non-Profitable organization established in 2011 with registration no.( 3482) with Ministry of Justice and later registered with Ministry of Economy in 2019 (4865) as historic opportunity to jump-start progress for women and girls in Afghanistan. RRSWO acts on the fundamental premise that women and girls have the right to live a life free of discrimination, violence and poverty, and that gender equality is central to achieving development with reach, sizable expertise and significant resources. For too long, women have been forced to stand on the sidelines, whether the issue is political leadership, safety in conflict zones, protection from violence or access to public services. Now women must come to the centre as leaders, advocates and agents of change.

Job Description

Job Description:

  • Prepares annual, monthly, weekly and daily monitoring and supervision plans;
  • Undertakes school material need assessment during the monitoring trips and makes sure timely delivery of required materials to schools;
  • Undertakes physical check of school building in order to ensure the existence of conducive physical learning environment;
  • Maintains good working relations with authorities.
  • Collects school and training data and assists Project Admin Officer in data analysis and interpretation and report development;
  • Submits accurate and proper monitoring, supervision, training, observation, and other relevant reports to the Provincial Coordinator in timely manner;
  • Assists Provincial Coordinator in quantitative and narrative reports’ development;
  • Make sure schools are well-managed, received appropriate support, school system is accountable, adequate time spent for each subject.
  • Make sure that lessons are relevant to learner’s lives and curriculum and texts are developmentally appropriate, accurate and in the proper language;
  • Make sure that classrooms are safe and secure, equipped with school materials.
  • Provide technical advice needed by field operators and support the organizations to achieve the goals set in their plans

Supervise social mobilization officers, Community/Social mobilizers, teachers’ trainers.

     

    Job Requirement

    2 years' experience (Master Degree), 3 years' experience (Bachelor.)

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to deliberate for extensive hours and perform accurately with adequate speed.
    • Proficient touch-typing skills.
    • Fluency in tow of national languages (Pashto and Dari) and familiarity (written and spoken) with English language.
