Job Description
EHDO is seeking a qualified Poultry Production Instructor to provide training to 50 underprivileged women in Nili City. The instructor will be responsible for teaching the women how to properly operate and maintain 50 incubators that will be distributed by EHDO. The training will cover all aspects of poultry production, including incubator operation, hatchery management, and efficient poultry rearing techniques.
Job Requirement
Conducting comprehensive training sessions on setting up, operation and maintenance of chicken production devices with the beneficiaries
Teaching efficient poultry production techniques, including feeding, housing and health care
Provide guidance on record keeping, sales and general hatchery management
Monitor women's progress and provide ongoing support and guidance
Submit regular progress reports to EHDO management
Planning to teach poultry skills to the beneficiaries
Receiving the problems of the beneficiaries and solving them with the help of EHDO management
Full coordination between beneficiaries and EHDO
Able to travel to 5 villages where the beneficiaries are located
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry production and training
Strong knowledge of incubator technology and hatchery management
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Familiarity with the local cultural context and ability to work with underprivileged women
Fluency in the local language (Dari) is preferred
