Job Description
• Prepares the monthly estimated fuel plan & delivery confirmation and required reports for his relevant sites.
• Responsible for reporting, site survey investigations, fuel shortage & pipe leakage of his relevant sites.
• Maintains the proper filing & updated documentation related to his assigned sites.
• Coordinates with all site guards for on-time fuel delivery as per the technical plan to avoid fuel shortage.
• Monitors the cleaning of fuel tanks as per technical team recommendations.
• Ensures the accuracy of fuel quality and quantity as per the contract with vendors & technical plan.
• Provides the fuel data of city power sites for the power & planning team.
• Performs any other task assigned by line supervisor.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirement:
High School Graduate with one year of relevant experience
Preferred Requirement
Bachelor of Business Administration with two years of relevant experience
