Job Description
Travel to various Returnees Concentration Places within the respected province to locate and identify returnees.
Collect, record, and verify important data from identified returnees using effective data collection techniques
Conduct face-to-face interviews and engage in discussions to gather relevant information from returnees
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data through careful documentation and adherence to established protocols
Use appropriate tools and technologies (e.g.survey forms) to facilitate data collection activities Regularly communicate any challenges faced during data collection to the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure alignment with project objectives and data collection methods
Provide daily reports summarizing data collection activities, progress, and any noteworthy observations or findings
Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical conduct when handling sensitive data and interactions with returnees
Follow project guidelines, standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, statistics, development studies)
Proven experience in data collection, preferably in a field-related role
Ability to travel to different districts within the respected province as required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with CSO representatives
Proficient in using technology for data collection and basic data analysis (e.g., mobile data collection apps, Excel)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and report writing
Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines
Knowledge of ethical guidelines and protocols for data collection and protection
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and varying project needs
