Job Description
- Capture photos and produce videos during program activities, beneficiary visits, and interviews.
- Collaborate with the Impact Assessment Officer to create impact assessment short videos for each program.
- Prepare and design presentations showcasing VDO's profile, initiatives, and programmatic reports.
- Design and manage ID cards, business cards, and A34 envelopes for VDO
- Develop press releases and engaging content to highlight VDO's programs and achievements.
- Manage and control VDO's social media accounts, tracking media dynamics and trends.
- Create and maintain essential office materials such as file folders, letterheads, and business cards.
- Develop promotional materials, including framed VDO pictures, and products crafted by beneficiaries.
- Produce regular video updates showcasing VDO's profile, activities, and achievements.
- Travel to provinces for recording videos with beneficiaries and stakeholders to document program impacts.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather testimonials and feedback for promotional purposes.
- Conceptualize and develop promotional products such as arts, drawings, etc., crafted by beneficiaries
- Regularly update VDO's profile with the latest initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Media and Journalism or a related field. A
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in journalism, photography, video creation, preferably within the NGO sector or similar organizations.
Commitment and Dedication:
- Knowledge, understanding and commitment to organizational policies
- Willingness to travel to provinces when planed by the management
- Willingness to work outside official hours
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both national language (Dari & Pashto) oral and written
- Fluency in English is a must both oral and written
