Job Description


Under the overall supervision and direction of the direct manager the individual is expected to deliver the duties and responsibilities at their best.

Duties & Responsibilities

Major Duties and responsibilities:


  • Provide services to HesabPay customers in line with company goals and policies.
  • Supervise employee actions, considering their efficiency.
  • Ensure sufficient physical and electronic currency for customer service.
  • Guarantee the physical currency’s security in the respective office.
  • Address technical issues for HesabPay visitors.
  • Propose constructive suggestions for daily operation improvement.
  • Establish positive relations with Islamic Emirate offices to address potential challenges and issues within the scope of responsibility.
  • Maintain and care for office equipment and other company assets, utilizing resources effectively.
  • Provide daily operation reports to the General Manager of HesabPay Offices.
  • Execute other duties assigned by HesabPay leadership.

Job Requirement

  • High school diploma, priority to Bachelor.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately and very calmly.
  • Clarity in Communicating. Keeping conversations clear and productive helps in both resolving clients’ issues as well as making a good impression.
  • Technical Proficiency and Understanding in/of Products/Services.
  • Problem Solving and Flexibility.
  • Listening Capacity.
  • Polite, patient, and professional.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Familiar with mobile functions.
  • Basic IT knowledge.  
  • Capability to speak, read and write Dari, Pashto, English.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Special Requirements:
  • Must own a smartphone.
  • Must past HesabPay test.
  • Training for one week on HesabPay.
