Job Description
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of teachers.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for educators.
- Coaching various training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the professional development needs of teachers.
- Collaborate with school administrators to determine training priorities and goals.
- Develop and update training materials, resources, and curriculum content.
- Incorporate best practices and current research in educational theory and instructional methods.
- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to teachers to support their professional growth.
- Observe classroom instruction and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics
- Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results and feedback.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive training initiatives.
- Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, administrators, and staff.
- Stay current with trends and developments in education, teaching methods, and instructional technologies
- Train the school teachers in evaluating, and tracking the students’ performance
- Train the school teachers in managing the students’ behaviors in the classroom
Job Requirement
- Minimus 4 Years of experience in the Field of training and development with a bachelor’s degree in the field of Education Management, Management, or any other relevant field.
- Proficiency in Pashto and Dari is required, Pashto will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of training delivery
- Strong communication Skills
- Good computer application skills
