HHRD Afghanistan (Regional Office of Helping Hand USA) got registered as an international INGO in February 2014 with the number of (402) with the ministry of economy in the Islamic republic of Afghanistan to serve Afghan destitute families all over Afghanistan, HHRD Afghanistan needs one Cook/Cleaner, the candidate will receive 13500 AFN monthly.
Job Description
Duties
& Responsibilities:
·
Perform cooking/meals (Breakfast, Lunch and
Dinner) for Office Staff.
·
Maintain
the kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times
·
Maintain all kitchen equipment in good working
order and ensure availability at all times
·
Wash all fruits and vegetables with bottled
water.
·
Oversee dishwashing duties and wash dishes as
needed
·
Conduct weekly cabinet and refrigerator
cleaning
·
Cook and prepare Breakfast, lunch and Dinner
food for staff.
·
Purchase groceries and cooking materials from
market.
·
Maintain the kitchen and its contents in hygienic
condition
·
Clean guest house kitchen and dining room after
every meal.
·
Ensure that dining room equipment (dishes and
utensils, etc.) are kept clean and hygienic.
·
Make sure to carry out all garbage from Kitchen
every day
To ensure there is
always enough gas for the cooker and other basic kitchen items
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
·
Must be able to read and write Dari and Pashto
·
Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking
position
·
Demonstrated skills in cooking and housekeeping
·
Ability to cook a wide variety of Afghan dishes
·
Awareness of hygienic standards
·
Have the ability to multi-task and set
priorities; manage time efficiently
·
Have a positive attitude and be an active team
member.
