Job Description
- Develop and adapt training materials based on the needs assessment, and ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on entrepreneurship, business planning, financial management, and market analysis.
- Ensure training sessions are interactive and engaging.
- Provide continuous support to participants during the training period.
- Assess the learning outcomes and effectiveness of the training sessions.
- Ensure training materials are practical, relevant, and aligned with project objectives.
- Collaborate with the management to ensure consistency and quality of training materials.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching and mentoring to respective beneficiaries.
- Help beneficiaries develop and refine their business plans during the training and coaching& mentoring sessions.
- During the coaching and mentoring sessions offer guidance on business operations, marketing, financial management, and customer engagement of businesses.
- Track progress and provide feedback to beneficiaries regularly.
- Prepare and submit coaching and mentoring reports to the project coordinator.
- Collaborate with other coaches, mentors, and trainers to ensure a holistic approach to business development.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer in business skills, curriculum development, and business coaching& mentoring.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of English and local languages.
