Duties & Responsibilities
· Planning and organizing production schedules on daily basis.
· Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time without any interruption.
· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and will trained labor forces of usage the machinery.
· Planning and managing processes, overseeing team members, and solving production challenges as they arise.
· Ability of Perform, lean, quality, maintenance, and efficiency in production line
· Increase efficiency and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
· Great organizational and time management skills to stay on top of production
· Optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
· Quality control and check the boxes color matching with its design
· The Production manager manages subordinates staff in the day-to-today performance of their jobs
· Ability to know the Difference between 3 ply, 5 ply and 7 ply boxes and how many layers used in the boxes.
· Ability to know the size of Boxes L x W x D (length, width, and depth )
· usability of Kraft paper are GSM (Grams per Square Meter) and BF (Burst Factor)
· Has the ability to recognize any type of papers liner kraft paper, test liner.
· Manage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce
· Setting the overall vision, developing a strategic plan, and identifying the priority requirements by order of Sales & Marketing team.
· Keep all machinery very safe and clean day to day reports any technical issue on time printing the carton box with standard quality and coordinating with Marketing & Design Departments closely
· Setting the work shafts based on the division of working hours & Power outage.
· Using machinery in coordination of Mechanic team and always protected machinery from dust and other dangers equipment’s.
· Take care of wasting paper during production and timely reporting to top management for any production related issue.
· Any other task assigned by line manager
Job Requirement
· Bachelor in business Administration or graduated from Technical related field To be packaging manager typically requires 7 years’ experience in the packaging industry and related area as individual contributor 2 years supervisory experience maybe required
· Effective time manager and ability to juggle multiple priorities
· Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task quickly and accurately
· Ability to manage high volume manufacturing activities.
· Ability to increase production efficiency with the implementation of new systems and procedures.
