About NMAWO: New Message for Afghan Woman Organization (NMAWO) was established in 2010 as a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and independent civil society organization registered with Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. NMAWO is dedicated to welfare and progress of Afghan citizens with a primary focus on WASH, women’s empowerment, social cohesion, small skills training, human rights and advocacy. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Provincial Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
New Message for Afghan Woman Organization (NMAWO) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Provincial Coordinator to join our team. The Provincial Coordinator will be responsible for the reporting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development project at provincial level. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirement
Job Responsibility:
- Act according to the organizational policy.
- Assist to program manager and board of management.
- Provide report and meeting minutes from the organizational activities.
- Respond to the internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Support program development strategy.
- Contribute substantively to developing and adapting the organization’s fundraising strategy, including identification of funding opportunities and tracking calls for proposals.
- Design projects which are responsive to beneficiary needs, drawing on data analysis skills.
- Plan and scheduling the training for the targeted trainees.
- Organize a training workshop (logistics, finances, venue, refreshment, etc).
- Prepare pre and posttest/evaluation of the trainees for each training session.
- Conduct training for the targeted trainees in methodology and other training packages specified for the project.
- Provide training manual for trainees.
- Collect data on the training and impacts of the training.
- Perform any other project activity assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within an NGO or similar environment.
- Proven experience in managing community development projects.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
