Job Description
Focus Development Organization (FDO) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Officer to join our team. The Project Officer will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects aimed at improving the livelihoods of communities in Afghanistan. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirement
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. .
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within an NGO or similar environment.
- Proven experience in managing community development projects.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
