Job Description
Responsible for receiving finish goods from production, dispatching of the finish goods, proper stock taking & its reconciliation on daily, weekly and monthly basis, full-ins taking from the market, the security and take care of all finish goods with proper inventory control methods within the plant.
Duties & Responsibilities
Organization of finish goods of beverages and non-beverages at Plant
Supervision of receiving and dispatch of, finish goods containers from production to market.
Arrange the provision of export documents as required.
Liaison with the Production Department in the receiving of finish goods and move to FG warehouse department.
Provide timely Shipping Schedules to meet the needs of the Sales Department.
Effective management of all warehouses forklifts resources and monitoring of forklift maintenance.
Provide information to the Operation Manager as required for any purpose.
To maintain good working relations with Sales department.
Co-ordination of the transport of Company products and assets between Sales Depots.
Assist with the training of warehouse personnel
Adhere to and enforce all company safety programs.
Adhere to and enforce FIFO Operation.
Responsible for the good housekeeping and cleanliness of all areas under his direct control.
Maintain personal hygiene standards.
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Business Administration
At least 2 years of experience in the field of storage and store keeping record.
Working experience with any NGOs, manufacturing companies required.
Respectable in multi-cultural environment.
* Must have computer knowledge specially in MS Office.
* Be able to speak local languages and knowledge of English is must.
