About Balkh Air Services: Balkh Air Services is a Ground Handling Company established in June 2013. From the date of establishment BAS is providing Comprehensive Ground Handling Services as sole provider and Airport Maintenance Services at Mawlana Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi International Airport, Mazare Sharif, Afghanistan. BAS is the first private Ground Handling Company in Afghanistan to be member of IATA since 2018 and it is an ISAGO certified Ground Handler in Afghanistan since 2018. BAS has a bright background of providing Ground Handling Services for last 10 years through experts and certified staff by IATA Authorized training centers. Job Description

  • Carry out logistics tasks including orders, quotations and purchases.
  • Coordinate his/her activities with the Finance department.
  • Provides particular required reports and documents for line manager as well as finance department.
  • Ensure obtaining proper quotations and selection of best supplier.
  • Communicate between Logistic Manager and all other staff in this department.
  • Prepare and file all documents related to logistics as quotes, purchase requests, approvals, bill and documents related to transports such as movement records and other expenses documents in the part of logistics and transport.
    • Registering and tracking all purchased and handover items.
    • Assist in the preparation and implementation of financial processes in logistics and transport as needed;
    • Assist other department in preparing purchase requests if needed.
    • Assist Logistics Manager in all his activities and tasks.
    • Perform other related tasks given by logistics manager.
     

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree in related area such as economics, logistics, supply chain management or purchasing..

Good Knowledge of MS Office.

Good Knowledge of English Language
