Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Project/Operation Manager to join our organization, as a Project/Operation manager you will play a vital position in overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. If you have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise project implementation and day to day tasks.
- Overall leading, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, follow-up coordination, and reporting of the projects (plan, organize, lead, budget, and supervise)
- Responsible for the overall implementation of project activities and deliverables achievements
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Implement organization policies, procedures, and follow-up by project staff (Human resources, Finance, and Logistic) and act accordingly.
- Utilize and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Cooperate to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project work plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Delegate Project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Responsible for frequent travel to project field sites.
- To represent the Organization in all related activities at the provincial level
- Tracking of the project output indicators against the set target every month and reporting the progress to HQ
- Verification of the reports along with its data at the community sites
- Perform any other activities as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Requirement
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineer, Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in a similar position.
- Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and English language is advantage
- Interpersonal managerial and conflict resolution skills
- Communication skills and knowledge of local communities
- Negotiate skills in multicultural and multilingual environments
- Self-motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Cooperative and team-working skills
- Being flexible regarding working hours.
- Disciplined, honest, professional, and hard worker.
