Job Description

Position Summary:

The Admin Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the company. They will oversee administrative staff, manage daily works, and implement policies and procedures. The Admin Manager will ensure that the works run smoothly and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.

Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

Manage and oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talents for various positions within the Organization.

Manage schedules and deadlines.

Coordinate and manage company events and meetings.

Monitor inventory of the company and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

Implement effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.

Organize and supervise other all activities of the company (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)

Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.

Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.

Implement and maintain health and safety procedures in the company.

Job Requirement

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar role.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of office management procedures and systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently on own initiative

Good written/verbal command over the English language
