Job Description

The IT Exports will contribute to day-to-day ICT operations and provide technical assistance regarding the ICT services delivery. The IT Expert will directly report to the ICT Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the ICT department.
• Handle and resolve customer’s preliminary technical problems.
• Schedule and organize technical meetings with customers to resolve technical issues.
• Perform tests on equipment, electronic items, and machinery.
• Perform technical inspection with the ICT team on newly procured items.
• Contribute and assist the ICT team during the annual physical count process.
• Resolve and repair technical problems in ICT equipment.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through technical services.
• Understand the ICT equipment and functionalities.
• Implement safety standards in handling customer products and items.
• Facilitate the security clearance process for the ICT suppliers.
• Load and offload the ICT equipment when required.
• Assist the ICT inventory team in the stock management process.
• Adhere to established technical service standards and procedures

- At least 5 years experience in the ICT area with national or international organizations;
