Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful. management of operation team, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and look for opportunities to expand systems.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete, identify trends.
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
Manage and prepare daily and monthly Report of the fuel storage.
Coordinating and preparing Report with sites offices.
Reconciling Storage Report with regional offices.
Responsible for overall Operating for fuel Unit.
Have good Experiences in Petroleum or fuel unit.
