Job Description
(1) Develop and maintain a filing system. (2) Coordinate office activities and operations. (3) Prepare administration, financial, procurement, and HR documents. (4) Maintain office inventory records and manage the registration of all office equipment. (5) Assists in the development of staff and distribution schedules (6) Assist in Financial management tasks including preparation of budgets implementation of financial policies and procedures preparation and reconciliation of bank statements …. Etc. (7) Developing Monthly Cash flow projections for each project. (8) Managing all bookkeeping and accounting functions for the organization. (9) Preparing daily cash vouchers and maintaining records of all receipts and payments in hardcopy as well as softcopy record-keeping system. (10) Backing up of financial soft data on monthly basis in an external hard disk. (11) Tracking staff loans/advances record employee timesheets and preparing pay slips for the country office. (12) Receiving complete documents, invoices, bills, etc. insuring the proper name, date, stamp, and supportive documents. (13) Prepare weekly, monthly plan, and monthly financial progress report to the Company Head. (14. Preparing and submit tax on salaries/rent BRT and End year tax return on timely bases to the government and keeping records of all bank receipts/documents. (15) Assisting office in providing materials & documents during audit event. (16) Following up with government reporting norms and government departments to ensure all LIA financial records and paper-work is in sync national laws and governmental requirements. (17) Any other tasks assigned by the line manager. (18) Any other task assigned by the management. (19) Sometimes, according to the company's needs, go to the relevant departments and the project area in Kabul and the provinces.
Job Requirement
(1) University degree in a relevant area such as finance, accounting, business administration, economics, management, and/or a related field. The overall experience of not less than 5 years in the field of financial management.
(2) Experience in QuickBooks and excellent computer skills, particularly with MS- Office Package.
(3) Experience and ability of Afghan Taxation System rules and regulations implementation according to the schedule
(4) Ability to critically review and improve financial management and expenditure monitoring systems to increase accountability
(5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
(6) Fluent in English. Have a good command of the English language both written and spoken Job
(7)Special pen in writing (letters, contracts, letters, inquiry)
