Job Description
The Afghan Made Grants (AMG) is a supportive project for development of Young Afghan Businessmen/Businesswomen to promote their companies, industries, small enterprises and NGOs to develop the International Standards in order to Award project from Local and International Donors, Government, UN Agencies, Embassies and develop their products on the sale growth inside Afghanistan and overseas by receiving quality assurance certification from the reputed International boards by the financial support and partnership of Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organization of ASHNA International Youth Association (AIYA) in Afghanistan with the project partnership of Rawan Quality Assurance Inc the HQ office is located at the India.
Job Requirement
- The Administration Assistant is to provide operational and technical support in the administrative area of organization.
- Provide technical assistance in prepare administrative plans.
- Establish a coordination chain between all departments to follow and update the administrative issues and find solutions.
- Ability to work independently and with team to keep a strong follow up on administration issues and following quality management system.
- The Administration Assistant shall be able to travel for training purposes.
- The Administration Operation, Finance and Auditing, Human Resource, Procurement and other reverent departments to keep coordination and administrative support.
- Establish standard correspondence system and maintain the procedure.
- Establishment of administration policies for all departments.
- Pave way to establishing a data base system for administration department.
- Provide technical support and assistance to Quality Control Committee.
- Provide technical assistance in preparing of reports for overall administrative activities (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly).
- Must have experience in finance and accounting issues in order to organize and update project related documents.
- Ability to participate an International Training Courses which organize by RICGISO in overseas.
- Provide feedback on progress and updates on regular bases to his/her immediate manager.
- Attend the meetings and other events related to administration under immediate manager and prepare reports, meeting minutes and disseminate to relevant bodies.
- Able to organize office management as deputy director in the office management.
- Any of the duties as required by higher authorities in accordance with organization policies.
- Any other assignment as required by the Head Department.
Note: The Interns will be paid with the transporation expenses from 2000 to 3000 per month and Foods will be provided.
Skills Developments: working space, trainings, materials and others will be provided by the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
- Computer Skills, Fluent Spoken, Written English Language.
