Job Description
Ariyabod ISP is looking for a reliable and experienced IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for providing technical support to customers regarding Internet services, troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints, and installing and supporting internet services. This position requires excellent technical skills, customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Install, configure, repair, and maintain internet services for customers
· Troubleshoot problems with internet services for customers
· Provide excellent customer service in responding to customer inquiries and complaints
· Handle customer requests for new installations or upgrades of existing services
· Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems
· Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
· Participate in on-call rotation as needed
· Follow company policies and procedures when dealing with customers
Job Requirement
· Graduated from recognized BCS faculty or any other related field
· Demonstrated technical expertise in internet service installation and maintenance
· Mikrotik MTCNA Skills.
· Knowledge of Network+
· Knowledge of Cisco CCNA is in advantageous
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently
