Job Description
· Conduct New Sites Survey with RF Planning, Transmission, Civil work, and Security departments.
· Preparation of TSSRs (Technical Site Survey Report) and follow-up of TSSRs with related departments.
· Preparing Tower application forms for new sites regarding ATRA license and following up with the Legal department.
· Responsible for new contracts commencement (private & govt.).
· Responsible for land contracts Renewals (Government, Private).
· Conduct meetings regarding government and private sites with all directorates and Government Authorities.
· Responsible for reconciling sites payment with related government departments and solving landlords’ payment issues.
· Conduct TINs Reconciliation with Landlords
· Manage Office daily activities such as following official letters with Legal, and Government Affairs departments.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) and other related fields with 1 year of experience.
