About Buloro Afghanistan: Buloro Afghanistan is a company established in 2012 that will play a lead role in developing and modernizing the Electronic Money market in Afghanistan by providing innovative electronic and mobile payment services that enhance the retail payment offering in the country. bPay is the brand name of Buloro Afghanistan under EMI license. bPay Wallet will enable people to use their phones to pay for their shopping or services not just at bPay, but at thousands of destinations outside bPay. We are planning to make it a way of life. Buloro Afghanistan created a wide range of network of 70000 agents across the country in 34 provinces and all districts delivering the e-top up services, Money services, and cash disbursements to the end users with support of ADMS system. We are looking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position(s). The network consists of a fully integrated mobile money platform and supporting ecosystem including partners, distributors, super-agents, agents, merchants, services end users. bPay network provides a full range of mobile financial services to the public compliant with Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) regulations.
Job Description
- Assist all areas related to bPay in identifying all types of risk (internal and external), i.e., financial, operational, products, and Technology.
- Develop the risk response methods. To mitigate and monitor the implementation process.
- Implement a result-oriented method and follow the practical standards and procedures.
- Support the management in making strategic decisions related to the business's needs and risk involvement.
- Discover the place where the business process is not being implemented correctly, communicate the solution, and take positive action.
- Observing the action plan implementation process to ensure the risk mitigation process is implanted in bPay as per the plan.
- Assist in the revision and modification of internal policies and procedures to identify the exact information needed, as well as the collection and analysis of risk-related information.
- Facilitate the ongoing review of internal controls and assist in the administration processes that track, evaluate, recommend, and report on risk mitigation activities.
- Provide feedback and inputs on the internal data and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Provide risk management analytics data across all possible internal and external risks.
- Perform business impact trend analysis and ensure the business sustainability and smooth operation.
Job Requirement
- A bachelor's degree and any certification related to Risk Management will be considered plus points.
- Excellent communication in Dari, Pashto, and English (which is mandatory).
- Experience in financial services industry
- Experience in MSP and Mobile money services will be considered as advantage,
- And moderate knowledge of the fintech industry,
