Project Background: The endline KAP survey to be conducted in Balkh, Nangarhar, Kunar and Laghman provinces, the survey will collect endline data through approved questionnaires and by different methods including Interviews, FGDs and KIIs in mentioned location.

Job Description

Job Purpose: To conduct Interviews, KIIs and FGDs with Beneficiaries who were interviewed for base line KAP survey and stakeholders for collecting reliable and accurate data about health, nutrition, protection, and WASH under the BHA_4410 project..

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Active Participation in survey Training
  • Conducting Field visits to the survey targeted areas in Balkh, Nangarhar, Laghman and Kunar provinces.
  • Conducting endline KAP survey with local communities and stakeholders by performing Interview, KIIs and Focus group discussion.
  • Participation in daily debrief meetings.
  • Ensuring the quality of data at optimal level.
  • Continuously report the results to the area/survey supervisor. 
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of the survey participants.
  • Any other relevant duty assigned by the survey supervisor.

Job Requirement

Qualifications: High school graduate. Bachelor’s degree holders will be given preference.

Experience: 

  • Proven experience in qualitative/quantitative surveys within conducting Interviews, KIIs and Focus group discussions (FGDs).
  • Preference will be given to locals of duty station..

Competency 

  • Able to travel to remote areas.
  • Comfortable with the discussion about Health, Nutrition, Protection and WASH and other relevant issues
  • Fluent in Pashto and Dari, speaking English is preferred.
  • Familiar with Computer skill and using tablets for data entry.
