Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB Under the direct supervision of TBS Head of Human Resources and CEO, the employee will get the employment contract until 31 December 2023, and it might be extended, in addition; the employee will have three months as a probationary period which closely monitor by Head of HR and CEO. Main Responsibilities:
→ Act as Contractor’s primary point of contact for all contractual and administrative issues that may arise out of and due to the respective Call-off Contract.
→ Ensure that all schedules for regular and non-regular activities and assignments are agreed upon with the respective client in advance and adhered to by all Contractor’s employees.
→ Train and supervise all staff and ensure services are under taken in and efficient and effective manner as per their tasks.
→ Ensure fair and adequate distribution of tasks among Contractor’s employees in accordance with approved schedules.
→ Continuously monitor the performance of Contractor’s employees and ensure their respective tasks are executed on timely manner and to the required standards.
→ Ensure that all Contractor’s employees adhere to the Code of Conduct and security requirements of the respective site.
→ Ensure Health and Safety plan for the respective site is up-to-date and implemented continuously.
→ Ensure QA/QC plan for the respective site is up-to-date and implemented continuously.
→ Ensure sufficient level of stocks of materials and tools is always available at site for uninterrupted provision of services and notify client for the timely replenishment when required.
→ Maintain record of distribution and usage of administration supplies to respective client.
→ Conduct regular meetings with client and ensure all reporting obligations of the Contractor are met on timely manner.
→ Maintain staff attendance records and monitor their schedules and leaves.
→ Perform any other duties that may be necessary for the proper execution of services.
Job Requirement
→ University degree in related with the mentioned position or administrative is required.
→ Minimum 5 years of experience in leading, supervising and administrative works.
→ Proficiency in English.
→ Knowledge of computer specifically usage of Microsoft word and excel. Usage of internet and e-mail applications.
→ Client relationship skills.
→ Problem solving skills.
→ Ability to work in culturally diverse environment.
