Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, he/she will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows. The cleaner should also be able to cook for office staff.
To be successful as a cleaner, you should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision.
Description & Requirements:
- The cleaners will ensure the cleanliness of the Office (including lavatories, meeting rooms, offices, passageways and common areas) and surrounding areas by performing daily cleaning and weekly and monthly deep cleaning as per detailed work instructions and procedures.
- The cleaners will replenish and clean water dispensers.
- Emptying trash cans.
- The cleaner should have the ability to cook if required.
- Wash the dishes.
- Liaising with the supervisor to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
- Informing the supervisor of repairs that need to be done.
- Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Job Requirement
- Prefered High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of cleaning and cooking experience.
- Verbal and written communication skills of local languages with ability to understand English conversation.
- Friendly and Professional.
- Competent to be good team Player.
- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
