Job Description
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts with external stakeholders relevant in order to ensure assistance to Red Star Traffic Project.
- Keep a proper record of all the In and Out official letters and develop the possible and required answer to all the queries.
- Develop and Drop official letters/Maktobs in both local languages (Pashto and Dari) to relevant offices and other organizations when required.
- Develop Sops, policies and guidelines for the smooth run of activities of the company in both the local languages.
- Develop, review and update all types of contracts/ Legal documents in the Company.
- Coordinate with country authorities such as police, army, civil society and other elected person on office and project related issues.
- Preparing agenda for all the internal and external meetings
- Take minutes of meeting conducted by the management, sharing the information and follow-up of tasks assigned
- Builds relationships with local and regional logistics sectors and networks for information sharing and coordination.
- Translation of the documents into local languages.
- Draft letters for Red Star Traffic Project, SG etc for any issue when required
- Development and submission of progress reports and to relevant organizations including Government reports, Introduction letters, MOUs and other periodic reports.
- Demonstrates knowledge of emergency situations and reacts appropriately.
- Acts as a liaison between Red Star and other subordinate departments as needed
- Learns and practices cost effective use of services and supplies
- Shares knowledge and expertise with regional staff and other members of the Red Star Traffic Project team.
- Prepare and review official documents (Peshnehad Maktob Istelam Etc.)
- Records the tracking of the documents with exact dates received and processed.
- Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education: Baccalaureate degree (Bachelor preferred) in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, social sciences, Education, Economics, Project management, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
- Specific ability to draft official letters/ Maktobs clearly and concisely, ideas and concepts in written and oral form;
Experience: Minimum of 04 years of relevant experience with NGOs, INGOs or Public/Private sector.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in standard computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel etc.),
- Should have great drafting and communication skills in Dari, Pashto and English
Language: Excellent language proficiency in spoken and written Dari, Pashto and English.

- Capacity to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Have capacity to work independently and as part of a team;
- Have excellent interpersonal relationships, networking and communication skills;
