Job Description

Main Duties of General Education and Small Business Trainer:

Act as a trusted person for a designed team of beneficiaries and assist them when ever needed

  • Teaching General Education to all Karukh VTC beneficiaries.
  • Developing of the curriculum.
  • Provide training in standard methods.
  • Assist other trainers in their fields if required.
  • Provide teaching in separate categories for the bens.
  • Provide practical training for the bens.
  • Make sure bens are attending interestingly to the classes.
  • Make sure lessons are given in simple language to the bens.
  • Preparing the monthly evaluation and examinations with the cooperation of the VTC Officer.
  • Support socially all beneficiaries and assist them if needed.
  • Assist the VTC Officer in managing and implementing VTC affairs.
  • mutual respect is expected from all OSAA staff.

Job Requirement

  1. At least graduated from 14th class or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Economics.
  2. At least two years of proven experience in the field of training and general education.
