Job Description
Main Duties of General Education and Small Business Trainer:
Act as a trusted person for a designed team of beneficiaries and assist them when ever needed
- Teaching General Education to all Karukh VTC beneficiaries.
- Developing of the curriculum.
- Provide training in standard methods.
- Assist other trainers in their fields if required.
- Provide teaching in separate categories for the bens.
- Provide practical training for the bens.
- Make sure bens are attending interestingly to the classes.
- Make sure lessons are given in simple language to the bens.
- Preparing the monthly evaluation and examinations with the cooperation of the VTC Officer.
- Support socially all beneficiaries and assist them if needed.
- Assist the VTC Officer in managing and implementing VTC affairs.
- mutual respect is expected from all OSAA staff.
Job Requirement
- At least graduated from 14th class or Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Economics.
- At least two years of proven experience in the field of training and general education.
