About NQA: Who we are: NQA is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization founded in 2007. Nai Qala Association was formally registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan in 2013. Job Description
The Master Trainer is accountable to carry out the following key role and responsibilities but not limited to:
- Develop, design and implements learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices.
- Develop training work plans, procurement and development of training materials (training manuals & handouts).
- Organizing a training workshop (logistics, finances, venue, refreshment, etc)
- Planning and Scheduling for trainings.
- Pre and post evaluation of the trainees for each training and related reports.
- Training the targeted trainees in methodology and other training packages specified for the project.
- Collect data on the training and impacts of the training.
- Filing the records training workshop and writing reports on the activities he/she conducts.
- Delivering high quality training workshops to Prechool teachers, CBE teachers, Field Officers, Coordinators, education personnel and community members on education matters.
- Supporting the team and project manager in any technical issues where they need.
- Regularly visits the CBE and Preschool classes whether the training contents are being implemented in the school/class/community environment to gauge the impact of the training delivered.
- Conduct on the job training to CBE teachers, Preschool teachers and provide constructive feedback.
- Generate comprehensive training reports.
- Carry out any other relevant task assigned by the line manager and project team.
- Undertake regular supervision visits and assess the impact of trainings on the learning and development of project beneficiaries.
- Identifying training gaps/needs, and or areas of improvements - document best practices and lessons
- Traveling to the villages and districts of remote provinces where NQA is working.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Education, graduated from Teacher Training College or Social Science.
At least 5 years of education training experience with local and international organization.
Strong understanding of Pashto, Dari and English languages,
Able to travel inside Afghanistan and related districts, outside of the duty station as and when required.
